Travel visas are the official authorisation for entrance into and travel within a country but obtaining the right visas can be a confusing, complicated and often stressful process.
From our experience with visas, you're best off speaking to someone who knows what they're talking about, which is why we've teamed up with The Visa Machine. They can provide accurate, up-to-date information and arrange the correct visas for your trip, quickly and at a good price.
As an inclusive part of the service, The Visa Machine will fill out your visa application forms for you.
If you're going to multiple destinations no problem just add in everywhere you want to go. Any questions please contact the experts.
If you need a visa that has specific entry and exit dates such as Russia, Vietnam or Ukraine, you want to make sure that you’re 100% certain you’ll be traveling to that country between those dates.
For example, if the flight you’re planning on booking departs on the 1st of Feb, you might want to consider listing your departure date a couple days later, to give yourself a bit of a buffer in case of any flight changes.
Don’t forget that sometimes a visa might let you stay in the country longer than your intended trip. If a visa allows you to stay for, say, up to 30 days, don’t be afraid to take full advantage of this and give yourself a buffer either side of your entry and exit dates, to allow yourself some extra flexibility in case your plans change. Who knows, you might fall in love with the architecture in Moscow, or the food in Hanoi, and want to stay a little longer!
It’s important to note that for some visas with specific validity dates you’ll have to provide proof of accommodation or an itinerary that covers the duration of your stay, so it’s not always convenient to apply for the full visa period. You can find all the info specific to your visa on our website.
